How can we help?

Your free trial. Cordo starts with a 30-day free trial of the whole app. It renews as the plan you chose unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel anytime under Settings › Membership, or in the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions.

Restore purchase. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Cordo › Settings › Membership › Restore purchase. It uses the Apple Account you subscribed with.

If your membership ends. You keep everything. Your balance, every deposit, the Overview and export stay available; banking new deposits and Stack pause until you become a member again.

Sync across your devices. Sign into the same iCloud account on each device and your deposits sync through your own private, end-to-end encrypted iCloud. Without iCloud, everything still works on the one device. Sync isn't a backup: deleting a deposit on one device deletes it everywhere.

Export your evidence. Settings › Export your evidence saves every deposit as a Markdown file, on every plan. It's the backup — keep a copy now and then.

Deleting everything. Delete the app, then remove Cordo's data in the Settings app › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage.
